That thread Mentions "Franklin Gothic Medium Condensed"

I think FG "Demi Condensed" looks like a closer match. (It also looks like what RU.08 is using, maybe ??)

Check that. :) I can't decide whether it's demi condensed or medium condensed bold. The "d" looks closer to the later.
