It was not fully of experienced players, from what I remember. I salute your attempt to start a league, and I'd probably join if I wasn't busy with several of my own...but to do it here and go so deep/complex (16 teams, 0.5 PPR, auction draft, steep buy-in, etc) seems more than a bit overboard.
