It was a 2001 MGM DVD release from at least Spain and Germany. (German release contains spanish, englisch and german audio).
It was the first true uncut german languaged release. (Even the theatrical release missed the scene with the Eye and the scalpell.)
Yeah, it is one of the different DVD releases of the movies I purchased.
