It's not fair to criticize IMDb for being inaccurate. It's free and has amazing amount of information. If it would disappear, it would be a disaster.

When I was an active contributor to IMDB, I spent as much time correcting info as I did adding it. I heard someone call it the Wikipedia of movies, that's not far off. The accurate info is indispensable, I just dislike when inaccurate info spreads.
I'm guessing (original) refers to the approximate running time of the earlier assembly cut that contained the extra scenes. But that wasn't ever officially released, there was never a finished version of the movie with those scenes included, so it's not right in any case.

I asked some people that bought it and they said it was exactly the same discs from the 25th anniversary set. I assume that to be true.

I thought the 25th anniversary transfer did have the yellow skateboard wheels, despite its other issues. It was the 2003 DVD/DTV/"DCP" master that had them pink.

Indeed and it's actually the same master as well with the corrected wheels color issue and a slightly different colour timing and framing but it's the same master with the same dusts and everything.

I have no idea. I have a 2012 (I think) DVD release that has the pink wheels, so I assumed it was the BD master.

I just got back from a trilogy screening in DCP in Paris, France. The wheels were yellow and it felt more scrubed (probably DNR) than the DCP rip we know about and already have, so there is a new DCP that's likely to be a Blu-ray match.

Yes indeed. The older DCP that you are talking about used to be screened in the US only I believe. The movies shown at the Grand Rex were sourced from the same "tweaked master" that was used on the BDs. This version is basically the one that Universal sends to all the theaters and you won't see anything else until a brand new remaster which is not planned at the moment unfortunately...

That was not the case, as there were exploitation visa numbers for each one that don't appear in the Blu-ray subtitles. But I do suspect that's what they did in another theater I went some months ago to see Forrest Gump: the subtitles were so badly done and had the same font as on the Blu-ray. What a pity! And the whole thing lacked some definition.
