Thanks to everyone, there has been a delay, I managed to get penumonia again whilst in hospital, I am going back in again in for the surgery in 2 weeks time, will update once I am home again. My partner just had surgery this week as well, so it is a sore and sorry household at the moment.

I feel very warmed by all the well wishes here and hope some went and gave some blood or plasma and warmed even more people.
