Well she wouldn't be the only one with a drink.

I get the impression that Kanata's "palace" is going to heavily allude to the Mos Eisley Cantina scene from ANH.
Heck they even got one of the extras from that scene to appear in TFA.
Also the concept art shows an alien who might be Kanata in a kitchen with what looks like a bar in the background.
