BD Deleted Scenes

The deleted scenes on the 2011 BD have an intro at the begunning with a decsription of the scene. I can see this when I play the disc but I cannot see it after ripping the disc to my PC.

I thought that the text would be in one of the subtitle streams but it isn't there.

Does anyone know how to get the text to appear (or, alternatively, how to rip the deleted scenes without this intro)?

I haven't looked at this, but it's entirely possible that it's an overlay generated with java code.

If I had some gum, I’d chew a hole into the sun…

So does that mean that it can only be viewed by watching the actual disc?
