Stop it.
You said you wanted to know why people 'don't like' you. You replied immediately after your own message with an impatient and annoying comment. With absolutely no offense intended: I realize that you probably have a condition of some sort or are very young, so I am trying to refrain from any further sarcastic comments directed at you. But please think about how your posts sound before submitting them.

Apparently, there is no DCP rip of BTTF 2 & 3 out there. There is a good HDTV version that can be found for Part II. It's the Canal+ version with its logo removed.
The original Canal+ version without the logo removed slowed down and with synced Bluray sound is the best at present followed by the Sky Anytime HD. The one with the logo removed isn't done very well and you can still see where the logo was in numerous scenes and due to the encode it has lost some of its luster.
BTTF 3, the best at present is the Sky Anytime HD, there is no Canal+ capture available of that one.
Likewise, there are no Japanese Wowow captures or DCP's available of either which is a shame as either one would be the best.

so these versions of 2 and 3 are the best is there anyway someone could do some tweaking color correction etc. and make it look pretty much perfect.

Why would you think it an appropriate response to being ignored? Every time you do this stuff (which is every post you make), you're told either politely or rudely that your behavior is problematic. Why not make the tiniest effort to improve your behavior?

how long am i supposed to wait for a response for something on the forums then?
Seriously? Dude, people do have a life and can't always reply instantly.
x5gb did answer to most of your questions in the posts above anyway.
@x5gb:
Do you have more informations about these Sky Anytime HD versions?

Here's a hint: if the last person who replied to the thread is you, and you're thinking of adding another post, it's too goddamned soon.
edit: and there I've broken my rule of not being rude to you. I know this is getting personal, but I just feel like I need an answer now, so I'm sorry. But are you about 10 years old or autistic? It's a serious question and I don't mean either in a mean way, I just need to figure out how I'm going to process and comprehend your behavior. I can't be the only one wondering, but maybe others are too polite to ask.
i'm not 10 and even though i've been on the forums awhile guess i'm not too well at using the forums. so what i get from what you saying is wait a day or two or three if that's the case then i think i finally understand ok. i just didn't know how forums work. i guess i might have maybe been thinking of it like instant messaging. the only reason i ask questions like this is one i liked what i saw of the fan edits and two i liked the color correction of a lot of the classic films and three i like knowing there better versions of films i really like that i didn't know existed like this version of back to the future and back to the future 2 and 3. on a side note as bad as this movie was i loved it when it came out when i was a kid looking back it was pretty bad the super mario bros movie which is now on blu ray in the uk.
That was hard to read.
Note that some of what I am about to say might be accidentally inaccurate because of this forums inability to look at previous posts or topics, but when I first came to originaltrilogy.com, I was immature and wanted everything now, at one point being in TV's Frink's thread for archiving funny moments. Here comes the possibly inaccurate part: I think I called myself some variation of superdan. It was meant to be a reference to the super nintendo, but I never made that clear and people thought I was full of myself or something. I asked an admin to change my name to something slightly less silly and unintentionally prideful (a name which I have used variations of on other sites) and left for a few years. When I came back, I was more mature.
Now I'm not saying you are a bad person, but a certain level of maturity is needed on the internet (usually...). I went to another forum at age 12 (using a completely different username) without revealing I was an autistic child, and my crazy demands involving summarizing a console wars thread with hundreds, if not thousands of pages (at one point I made a thread about auctioning the summarization or something) caused people who didn't know me to make creepy comments. I'm not saying that you have to reveal your lifestory, like I recently did, but you should at least try to better yourself.
...now that I got that out of the way, lets talk more about Back to the Future.

@x5gb:

ilovewaterslides, what do you want to know about the Sky Anytime HD versions.
On 2 the Canal+ with logo (15 Mbps) is better, of course the Sky doesn't have the logo but is at the expense of slightly less detail / grain retention due to their encoder / compression (average around 10 Mbps)
On 3 the Sky is much better than the Bluray obviously without the Dnr / EE and has a pretty good bitrate (average 13.19 Mbps) compared to normal Sky everyday encodes but would still suffer from slightly less detail / grain retention compared to a Canal+ encode if it was available which sadly it isn't (or the holy grail Wowow or DCP if they were available)
There also US HdNet Mpeg2 (18 Mbps) available of both but due to there poor encoders / filtering actually look worse than any of the above despite the higher bitrate as well as having the Hdnet logo appearing on occasion.

Do you know where I can find a copy of the Canal+ version of 2? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
Nope, it's a nightmare to find, I had it but it was missing rars
I can get back on it if you want and use all my Google Fu
Apparently, there is a WOWOW for Back to the future, by CtrlHD. Here's what they say in their NFO:
This BD is the best of the 3 movies PQ wise but that isn't saying much :/ so I used the superior wowow cap that had Jap subs burnt in for every spoken word and used another source to overlay the subs using the patented haroldnipps method. I prefer this to the BD and so do quite a few other people on the site as it at least resemebles film and doesn't have major EE, sharpening, and filtering.
Yes but since we now have the DCP rip, the WOWOW version is pretty useless.
“English, motherf***er! Do you speak it!?”
Do we know for a fact that it's actually a DCP rip? Last time I read about it, it was still in debate as the origin was not disclosed.
Curious to know something more about this "patented haroldnipps method"...
