When you click the bell notifier in the upper right hand corner you can click where your getting comments. If it's not showing up click on previously read. Then click on the notification message such as "Youtube user mentioned you" or "Youtube user commented on" and scroll down within the notification popup. At the bottom you can click "view post" and that goes to the comment on google +. Therein you can view all the comments on a thread via google +.
