Nothing was twisted, your comment bothered me as much as anything that followed. Given that I have a daughter with special needs, I find nothing funny about short bus jokes.

First off, it was not meant in a derogatory way. It wasn't even said in a derogatory way.

Secondly, since I don't live next door to you I could not know you have a daughter or that she has special needs.

Thirdly, with all your own slight of hand mischief around this forum, you should be the last person to talk about not finding jokes of any kind funny or not.

What have some of you around here told me? I need thicker skin? Maybe it's time the advice you serve is the same advice you yourself should heed.
