Hmmm. Did you check the print dialogue box to make sure it printing at 100%? I just made a set for Harmy and everything printed fine... lemme check the files tonight.

EDIT: When I checked the pdf, there's a box that's checked that says "FIT". Uncheck that and select "Actual size". See if that fixes your issue.
