This is probably the main reason why I'll never bother with the MCU ever again. I hate the shared universe concept, especially when it's played up.

I've been burnt out on superhero movies for a good while. I hope they resist the temptation to ruin Guardians of the Galaxy by forcing them into the superhero dimension. If GotG has any more sequels, I hope they are standalone films. This whole Marvel universe thing just feels like that damn ABC show Once Upon a Time, which is also Disney.

It's kind of like how I played with action figures as a kid. I'd have Han Solo and Batman doing shit together, which is fun when you are 8, but for a movie, it just feels like those shitty Dependables movies all the action stars are doing.

Let's shove as much of our intellectual properties together as we can to sell more shit. Superheroes are getting whored out like Pokemon.
