While a lot of the dialog before the final duel in RotS is painful ("If you aren't with me, you're my enemy", "Only Sith deal in absolutes", etc), I really like the way the "together we'll rule the galaxy" speech Anakin gives Padme echos Empire.

Really, anything that implies that Anakin's corrupted by the idea of power like he's supposed to be and not just an easily manipulated idiot was a plus, and it was some (relatively) good acting.

Also, I've always liked the scene in TPM when they're at the dinner table in Anakin's house and Qui-Gon jokes that he may have a lightsaber because he killed a Jedi. It had a few warm, genuine performances (mostly thanks to Liam Neeson) which the movies desperately needed more of.

I also liked the scene where Anakin has to leave his mom and she tells him not to turn back. One of the only scenes in the PT I can remember that made me feel anything. Sure, he never actually made an attempt to go back and free her, but that's AotC's fault, not TPM's.
