My Mom is going to the Hospital to pick my Father drive him home finally. The hospital has been dragging its feet in releasing him. I'll tell you detail when I feel like it.

I finally got a refrigerator! Now I can hopefully lose some weight since I can actually make my own food again and not have to eat out every night. (I know it's possible to eat out healthy, but it's much easier to make good tasting healthy food yourself than it is to find a restaurant serving good tasting healthy food).
Not that I'm fat or need to lose weight in general, I mean nobody would look at me and think I'm fat. I've just put on about 5 or 10 pounds in the last year and think it would be best to nip it in it's slightly over sized bud before it becomes a problem.

I'm drunk off my ass right now.
Yes, yes, I know -- alcholism's a bane on society, and I know all too well from personal experience the strife it brings on others. That being said, the few times I have the opportunity to get inebriated are the one times I feel truly happy (It's an artificial joy, I know, but artificial joy is better than none at all.).

I'm completely high right now and I feel quite normal, actually I'm at work but I'm not stressed at all. That's a real joy ;)

I'm the same way, Duracell. I think that's why when I do drink a sufficient amount I think, "I should do this more often!" Fortunately, I don't have much of an appetite for alcohol and easily go for months without a drink. The occasional glass or two of wine is plenty. Still I do hope there is more happiness going on for you!

I don't drink, just a beer or two every couple of months depending on the occasion, with cannabis that's a different history but I guess that on cannabis you could still argue that you are kind of sober.

I visited a cemetery today. Though it didn't have many graves, it's an old cemetery that hasn't been used in decades; the newest graves both date from 1975. Some of the plots don't have headstones anymore, and there are at least two babies buried there.
Now, I don't mean to sound morbid, but it was very peaceful there. Hell, it's more peaceful than my own miserable home. The visit was sort of spur of the moment, though, so I didn't really have the time to hang around and take it all in; I didn't even have a camera, so I couldn't take any photos.
Hopefully, I'll visit the place again (and with a camera next time).
