Not liking/approving revisionism is one thing, seeing orange and teal everywhere is obsession. Besides, the guy makes a clumsy mix of dnr issues and color timing...
New digital scans may surprise people who are like "I remember exactly the original look of the movie back when I watched it in theatre, 30 years ago"... but I guess these guys also remember if the projection was right balanced, or if the print for that screening was in good shape, right? So much modesty.....
I trust the director and the pristine quality of their supervised new transfers, rather than overrated photographic memory. I have a message for all those people out there: memory is like an old dvd or vhs, it can LIE.
