It'd have to be way closer than than though, which would probably require it to have a good portion of itself within the atmosphere. Assuming they haven't stretched the size of it or Alderaan insanely from previous canon, I don't see how it could possibly be large enough to fill up that much of the view on any planet with enough gravity to support an atmosphere, which this one clearly has. Did they confirm that's the Death Star itself though? It looks really different from the Death Star. To me, the dish looks too big. It'd be interesting if it was some kind of crater left by mining entire moon for materials for the Death Star and the Star Destroyer fleet.
