Cool idea! I think watching the films (or prequels in any event) with a different fan editor's version of each film would be very fun. The only problem is the inevitable little inconsistencies that you wouldn't know about unless you were already familiar with them. Having a curated "playlist" like this would be a good resource for those who are interested, but haven't drank the kool-aid like us weirdos have.
