I moved some of my stuff out, they had played on my computer before so they had saved games data already in My Documents.

In the end I figured out how to copy the data and put it in the My Documents folder on their account.

I really wish Windows had some sort of way to lock folders and files behind their own passwords, that would make things so much easier.

Still as I said the main issue is that modern versions of Windows only tell you something isn't working, not why it isn't working and that bugs me more then anything else since I not only have to spend time fixing the problem but I have to spend time guessing at what the problem is before I can fix it.
