To resize your pictures, post them, then edit your post, and drag the corner of the picture smaller.
I'm sure there's other ways (including using html code or something similar) but that seems easiest to me.

Care to go to the the debate thread and tell us why you think it is weird?
You can also click on the image, then click on the "insert/edit imagine" box and there is a place there where you can set the dimensions of the image.

As someone who finds the mocking of religious icons petty and juvenile, I still agree.

In Easter-related news, my girls are a bit bummed out because the older one caught a stomach bug and can't get off the couch, meaning the egg hunt is postponed until tomorrow.
