Jesus Christ, you can't even spell it out to illustrate your point? You really have to say "n-word"? I would never use it to describe anyone, and using the word in a normal circumstance is something I agree should never be done, but seriously, as just an example of a word that has similar intentions as what the meme is implying, I really can't just type the word? I'm not advocating it's use. It was an example of a racial slur, not a condolence of it's use. Are we to the point where racial slurs can't even be named, even in a condemning way? And believe me, I don't approve of it's intended use. I merely used it as an example of a racial slur. And saying it doesn't mean anything to me is also false. I obviously don't know what it's like to be black and I clearly don't have the insight to what it feels like to hear the word used, (and I wouldn't ever use it in any other context), however it does offend me when people use it haphazardly. Growing up my best friend was black and I was part of his family. They all called me the white shadow (after some tv show about basketball I think... I also played basketball). Also I dated an african american for a while. She was really nice, in fact if she hadn't gone away to school we might still be together. I liked her alot. Think we didn't get looks? Obviously this is nothing significant in terms of understanding it, but it does at least mean SOMETHING to me.
Anyway, sorry I offended anyone. I fixed it now, is that better?
