You may be interested to know that I've tested tantive_16x9.mpeg, and it won't play on Windows Media Player for me, either. WMP from verison 7 onwards is bloated crap if you ask me, I was a bit annoyed that WMP9 was forced on me with SP2.

BTW it plays fine on PowerDVD and Media Player Classic.
