So recently I went to the EMP Museum and by fluke I found out that for $8 there was a Star Wars coste exhibit that I could visit so I went there. The exhibit is really cool, there are original costumes from all six of the movies so far and they all look great! The mannequins are allnset up really nicely and I saw dome stuff that I didn't think I would. There was a stormtrooper from ANH, a full Darth Vader dedicated room with his costume from ESB, slave leia, tusken raiders (a female one that I didn't know existed), and tons of other original stuff. The prequels' costumes were dominant in the exhibit but IMO the costumes in the prequels are probably one of the best parts of that trilogy. Some of the highlights were:

-Original R2D2 costume where if you get a low angle you can see Kenny Baker's shoes in the legs XD

-Yoda puppet used for rehearsals

-All the placards in front of the costumes that contanied quotes from the actors, concept art, and some of them were electronic and let you scroll through pictures and do quizzes!

Overall, the show was quite worth the $8 to go see some of this stuff. They won't be there for much longer and will tour around the U.S. this year and eventually settle in a Star Wars dedicated museum. I reccomended you go check it out!

While I was there I picked up a copy of Dark Horse's "The Star Wars: deluxe edition" comic book and am quite enjoying it!
