There are three formats available, a single-layer DVD, 720p mp4, and 1080p mkv (BR compliant). Each one takes a solid week of encoding on my machine, totaling a minimum of 9 weeks. I picked three formats that would likely be useful to most people, and can't release every combination possible. The 1080p mkv is pretty close in quality and bitrate to the original source, and should be adequate to toss into Handbrake or something if you want to convert it to another format.
