 I agree!  I believe that the audio heard in the cinemas was a DTS-ES mix as well, but I could totally be wrong on that.  

I haven't actually watched the blu so I have no idea what that audio sounds like, but I would assume that it is indeed a near field mix.  The DTS-ES mix on the original DVD is an aggressive near field mix (but not too over the top, IMO) and is most definitely demo worthy.

I wonder if the audio from the blu is simply a high-resolution version of the DTS-ES mix from that DVD... or if they did another remix.
