I thought the best thing to do was cut pretty much all of it and merely imply that they'd decided what to do. That can hang in the air for a few minutes until we see the twins being delivered to their homes. I also had the benefit of the film being a prequel.

EDIT: Also, Yoda's subsequent allusion to Obi-Wan spending time on Tatooine lends itself to the idea that they discussed what to do offscreen.
