I for one would be thrilled to see Roboot come back, however, the link you posted, from what I can tell has absolutly nothing to do with the show actually going back on air. It would have been nice for the show to at least have had a conclusion, rather than ending on a cliff hanger.

How did it end on a cliffhanger? Was there a season four? Because the last episode I remember was the musical that handily summed up all of season three's convoluted plotline and ended up with two different Enzos.

Although, as I write this I think I remember reading about a continuation of the series past that, although I don't think it ever aired where I am.

so one of those fanfilms on that site will eventually be chosen as the pitch for a new series?

there are 5 in all. only one will be chosen

is it not kind of a joke to get 5 cheap made fan films by fans kinda a free way to get five pilots made?

lets not spend money on creative individuals or writers lets let people with no experience in the business of entertainment or animation decide, lol

Sometimes the fans are the most creative people, and therefore the best ones, for the job. Just because they're fan films made on the cheap, doesn't mean they'll be bad.

Sky Captain was originally started by just a couple of guys that were going to spend 10 years making a movie until someone with contacts and money saw their work and decided to fund a movie. I understand it didn't do so well at the box office, but I still think it was an awesome movie.
