It's on youtube, but that's about all I know. It's from a VHS source, however. I don't know if it was ever released on DVD or not.
I just found out it is on DVD, it is the bonus disc in the UK Trilogy of The Dead Box Set., we for sure will not use the youtube video form a VHS lol.
