With all the Wampa building talk I was wondering if it would be possible to build either a physical puppet or a CGI model of IG-88. When I saw ESB I thought there was some sort of obvious history behind Fett's outfit but also the battle droid.

The first Clone Wars animated show had them but I wish they were in the PT movies. The IG-88 look is so much more threatening than any of the battle droid designs for the PT.

I also thought that maybe if Tatooine was given a major retooling it could become another planet entirely. Both in the PT and in ROTJ. We would lose the irony of Luke saying he never was going back but it would make more sense if Owen and Beru raised Luke on an isolated planet, away from Anakin's past and from powerful crime lords.

That way PT/ROTJ Tatooine and Geonosis could be merged to give Anakin a bitter sweet heroic moment liberating his home-world (which isn't Tatooine) but failing to save his mother The Lars homestead scenes in AOTC are pure fan service and don't add much to the plot, the one scene in ROTS however makes a world of sense (though I would make Owen less friendly looking to Ben).

However making the place Tatooine explains all the junk the Jawas pick up and the local hostility to droids.
