I've never used it for Blu-Rays (it's not capable of creating replication-ready masters, probably due to AACS licensing), but I've authored 4 DVDs (shameless plug) with it and you couldn't pay me to use it again. I once had to re-do one DVD from scratch because it crashed every time it tried to load the subtitles, including when trying to delete them. It might have been good once upon a time but Adobe stopped supporting it in 2012 and it's pretty busted now.
