Now, is there actually an online-shop that sells silver inkjet-paper big enough for these covers? It has to have at least "legal"-format I guess, because there's no other size since "letter" (which is to small) that I know of. In one of the very first posts in this thread the creator of these covers, Scara, got quoted (from wherever) saying something about printing these on silver-paper. I've got some silver-paper at a German online-shop in "A4"-size (which is almost the same size as the American "letter" format), but again, these are too short for 7-disc AlphaPAKs.

Anybody?

OK OK, that came about wrong

But WE don't have "letter" or "legal" formats... and I should've said "DIN A4", wheras DIN means "Deutsches Institut für Normierung" = "German Institute for Standarization".

But OK, forget what I said.

Hi,

the site seems to cause to much traffic (although the host claimed unlimited traffic for free :-( ).
I am currently looking for another free webhost. If someone has a suggestion please feel free to inform me. 250 Mb space needed abd as much traffic as possible.
I will upload the covers again and spread it to multiple hosts. Maybe it lasts longer this time.

HostUltra.com is great too. I recommend actually getting one of their paid accounts, like the mini account, because $20 for 200gb per year is unbeatable. They've had amazing uptime too.

Unfortunatly practically all free webspace providers are useless for this kind of image archive (no ftp access, only 25 mb space, filesize limit of 250 kb, no image galleries allowed, only 1 Gb traffic etc.) .
This time I used multiple free webspace providers and accounts to spread the bandwidth.
So at least some of the content will probably be available most of the time.

Jupiter - I cannot help but get a shudder down my spine everytime I look at those fantastic covers - only due to those two horrific words that apppear on them - 'Special' and 'Edition'

A little patience goes a long way on this old-school Rebel base. If you are having issues finding what you are looking for, these will be of some help…
