The price (should you want such a thing) isn't bad but what an item...!
Saw this link over at rebelscum. Sucks to lose or drop a Vader bank you think is worth $30k!

That this seller thinks a similar, more modestly priced bank up for sale has been "tarnished" by David Prowse's signature is hilarious...

A couple screen shots might have helped. ;)

A picture is worth a thousand words. Post 102 is worth more.
I’m late to the party, but I think this is the best song. Enjoy!

That ESB trailer has come down to a slightly more sane price. ;)

Another seller for whom any round 12 inch disc must be an LD.

$22k chess set anyone?
Oh! That's hilarious! And local pickup only too. (Sucks if you don't live in Sao Paulo.) And 17 people watching the auction!
My latest find sadly pales in comparison...

And, is there any way that chess set could be official and licensed? If you have that kind of cash to begin with, you'd have a custom set made.
There has been more than one chess set made over the years, so I think it's probably licensed.

This guy has an interesting approach to selling his paintings:

If you search by price descending (Star Wars), he'll always come up at the top. Notice that he has a Best Offer button, and look at his auction history. He sells these million dollar paintings for $100 to $500 a pop. Something about perceived value I guess.
Better than a Jedi mind trick. ;)

What does picture 2 of 2 look like?
Star Wars Episode XXX: Erica Strikes Back
If you want Nice, go to France
It does look like a darn nice TIE Fighter model, but I can't see spending as much for it as I would for a digital projector:

I think that is a more modest price than the one the now defunct Icons company made in the 90's. And certainly cheaper than winning a real ILM miniature if one ever came up for auction.

I have to say, comparing the pictures here to the ones in the Lucasfilm Archives book, this model may actually have cleaner details than the original:

Okay... reasonable price but check out the shipping costs.
You should move to America. I'm seeing free shipping.
Oh you know you want this, don't even lie!
I thought it was some sort of Easter chocolate for a moment there!

Mmmm, delicious, 30 year old plaster! Although it is awesome that her Dad made them for her. I would keep them.
