Yes I tried MultiAVCHD and it seems to have the option of 'forcing' the first subtitle but without burning it in so it can be removed if you want, but it seems to require that you reencode the video/audio file, which i'm not willing to do because it will result in loss of image quality.

Anybody know if there is any way of using MultiAVCHD to create the AVCHD structure with the forced first subtitle while leaving the video and audio completely untouched?
