Hey, thanks! I'm very happy with how they turned out, now at the end of this long process. They've exceeded my meager expectations when I had to figure out how to use Final Cut and hope I could cobble something together. Having done edits years ago using ADigitalMan's guide and DVDs, I knew I wouldn't feel right with just picking someone else's edits, however well done. What kicked me into gear was the (enthusiasm that built up after the initial lackluster surprise of) the announcement of more Star Wars films: it meant I had to tske care of some unfinished business with the prequels. That's partially why I leaned toward the conservative end on sticky issues like Darth as a title, and chosen one prophecy: future proofing my edits. Hopefully the ST and beyond don't heavily reference Padme specifically dying in childbirth. A book doing it is fine.

It seems like the franchise is in capable hands. I sincerely hope there's no need to FanFix Ep7 or beyond, even if there are small things one could do. To me, if the film is good at its core, I'd rather just see the actual film than a fan edit that just prunes it or what have you. ROTJ is a good borometer: it has problems that a fan edit could ease, but ultimately passes the test, as would the two new Star Trek films.
