About it having more depth, I think that is because I have to have fuller sounding instruments than they do because I don't have vocals so I have to find other ways to fill out the sound. I plan on getting vocals, either by learning to sing (I'll want normal singing, even when covering Kalmah and other bands that use growling/screaming) or finding a vocalist. Then it will just sound obnoxiously full since I'll have already mixed them as instrumentals and will probably just dub vocals over them, maybe cutting some frequencies in the top shelf and then putting the vocals in that slot.
