This reminds me of a story I read about a guy who had some disease that left him incapable of having a bowel movement more than once a month. Needless to say, it ended up killing him.

It's probably called something weird, but it's less than a year old, so it shouldn't be too hard to find if you just clicked back through the pages of Off Topic (but then it's probably better just to make a new one if you're willing to go through that much effort).

That's really weird, including the word "three" in my search messed it all up.  this was the results I got.

Ah, I see now it's because it's a FIVE word story.  Most other forums have it as three.

Ancient Egyptian, ancient Hebrew, and other ancient Afro-Asiatic languages were written without the use of vowels. Frankly, I don't know how anyone learned to read in those cultures.

ah, now I remember.   I seem to recall him jokingly saying something of the sort, before I had him on ignore.

I got a hair cut today and it looks fine but my hair never really looks right until it grows in enough to curl, so I am stuck waiting a month for my hair to grow out again, until then I will look a little silly.

Why can't we just find a way to program hair to grow to a certain point and then stop growing?  That would solve so many problems.

I wish someone would come up with a treatment or a cure for baldness which doesn't require rubbing cat-poisoning chemicals into your hair.

I wonder how filmmaking in the mid '30s-'60s would have evolved if the Hays Code had never been put into effect.

I believe it's because any page you've posted on takes forever to load for everyone who doesn't have a really good internet connection.
