There are plenty more differences than just that, here's some of what I noticed: All the optical wipes are different in the SE and also Harmys. All the re-compositing is different because Harmy's is primarily based on the SE; and this includes scenes where the ships etc are partially transparant (over plants, over other spaceships, over the clouds in cloud city and of course over the snow on Hoth), Harmy partially restored this on Hoth but not in other areas of the film. The matte-lines are visible and hard, and in some cases the original models had been replaced in later versions of the film. The placement of compositing can differ to later versions also. And finally, all scenes that have special effects or optical wipes have additional layers of film grain - as you would expect.
