I wonder if he's getting bored.  But I was actually thinking the same thing, that we should resume that other thread.  Do you want to suggest a game?  We were doing Chess with Different Armies, and if you wanted, we could try that again.

Obviously I've been very busy.  Sorry guys.  I'm at work now, will work again tonight and tomorrow night.  And with me trying to squeeze the festivities in between, I haven't had much time to ponder my move, especially since I'm trying to figure out a way out from my dire straights.  Hang in there.

Maybe I missed something.  I made my move in a super hurry.  In any case, I hardly have had time to look at my board with work lately.  I am finally looking at the first decent break day after next, but in any case, this game is really depressing as is, and I think I will resign.  I don't mind starting again if you want, but for now I don't want to go on. :(

Ouch, you got stuck working through the holidays again? That's no fun. :(

I'm reluctant to end a game that's going so well for me, but a game isn't nearly as much fun when the other person isn't enjoying it. As for starting over, I'll leave that up to you. If you don't think you'll be able to or will want to move much in the next few days, then there's no point in starting just yet.

So it's your call, I guess, as long as my dad's still interested in playing.

I probably have lost his interest.  I really have been scheduled quite a bit, and starting tomorrow I will have my first real break from work and life in weeks.  But it's probably not fair for me to resign in the middle of a three player game anyway.  I just don't have the time to look much at the board lately, and have made several mistakes, which does make it not fun.  But if your dad wants to keep playing, I should probably keep going.  Probably tomorrow evening I will also start our Chess with Different Armies game as well.  Remember, I have to sleep, so it might be evening before getting started.

That might be an interesting and fun game to watch.  I hope you'll keep playing online and not just in person so I can follow :)
