He did have a child with her however and that carries legal and financial responsibilities but they too should be dealt with via the courts.

What is funny is he wanted to be the poster boy the for Christians but he only got into this mess because he had sex outside of marriage. If he had not done that she would not have had his kid and she wouldn't be able to get any money out of him.
