It never hurts. But it is weird though, you've been way more insulting to him than I have. Well not since he's ignored me, but before. All I did was say one word, sarcastically, that wasn't even meant to insult him or anybody.
Next time he says something about God or Jesus, just make a sarcastic remark, which you don't even have to mean. that should do it.
