I could be wrong, but after reading through Harmy's ROTJ DE thread, it appears that each of the three films are, or will be synced to the NTSC GOUT versions.  The final mixes I included should not need any changes.

I think I did see somewhere that the ESB DE 2.0 has something like 1 extra frame at the beginning.  I'm not sure.

For those interested, I have included tracks synced to both the PAL and NTSC versions within the Adobe Audition multitrack files contained in the archive.  If you want the PAL versions, you would just need to bounce the correct track in Audition.  (These are synced to the PAL when slowed down to 24 FPS, not 25 FPS).  

I also have created synced multitrack files for any hypothetical version that would include all frames combined from both sources, if the need should ever arise.  I just haven't posted them to the spleen.

Edit:  The last paragraph really only applies to ROTJ, as the PAL versions of SW and TESB are the most complete versions.
