Am I one of those people...? ;) Seriously, though, my frequent use of ellipses is a quirk of my writing which I try to avoid, but it's just the way I write and speak.... I don't tend to do it at the expense of proper punctuation, however (unless I'm trying to convey trailing off, as I try to represent how I would say something aloud as much as possible in a forum setting, through the use of punctuation and emoticons).
