Zion is using the "Faces" edition of the Star Wars LDs as it has a superior image quality over the Definitive Editions.... this is already becoming a long thread but check back on page 1 for more info on Zion's transfer and check out his website for more info, screenshots and a sample of his Empire menus. You will be glad you did

Oh yeah... missed this part of your question, Zion is making an NTSC transfer. If you are interested in PAL, check back in the "Original Trilogy Preservation" forum, there are discussions on PAL transfers there as well.
