The Yoda/Dooku (IMHO) didn't last long enough and was too comical. Yoda looked like a pingpong ball. And I don't think it was a good idea showing us what Yoda can do. Better to let us imagine what he can do.
Also it shows an inconsistency btw AOTC and the OT. If Yoda could fight, why is he on the sidelines in the middle of the rebellion?
