Two words only:

  1. Delirious
  2. Raw

A picture is worth a thousand words. Post 102 is worth more.

I’m late to the party, but I think this is the best song. Enjoy!

thumbs up for anyone who appreciates Louis CK and Patrice O'Neal ! :)
*sigh* Why did Patrice have to go, and not *insert hacky comedian here*?

New favourite thread :-)

Stewart Lee - 'Stand up Comedian' (Full Set)

Many highlights but the bit at around 50mins in about him interviewing Ang Lee about the Hulk movie is priceless.

VIZ TOP TIPS! - PARENTS. Impress your children by showing them a floppy disk and telling them it’s a 3D model of a save icon.

although I did know about his appearance at the Sheen roast, I still had not seen it till now. And man did he kill! What fucking confidence! Even though IMHO he went too soft on stupid Seth McDoucheland.

Some time ago I used to watch it regularly and listen to it on my ipod, and after a while I could recite the whole damn show by heart.

I am so glad to expose people to "Himself". It's just absolutely wonderful. I think the dentist is my favorite bit, but I like it all so much that I'm just not sure.

I just watched 2 of his other specials ("49" and "Far from finished"). He is hilarious. I didn't know he is a standup comedian in the first place, and an actor in the second. Here in Germany people know Bill Cosby, but almost only for being Dr. Huxtable in his "Cosby Show", which was very popular here. That clip I posted ("Old people") was the first time, I've seen him doing standup.

My favorite comedians:

George Carlin. Probably my favorite special of his was his last, "It's Bad For Ya."
"Bullshit is the glue that holds this nation together..."

Louis CK. Anything he does is brilliant.
"Schindler's List"

Mitch Hedberg. He's mainly a 1-to-3 sentence joke kinda guy, and YouTube clips won't impress you much, but here's some of the ones I love the most:

- I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later.

- I had a stick of CareFree gum, but it didn't work. I felt pretty good while I was blowing that bubble, but as soon as the gum lost its flavor, I was back to pondering my mortality.

- Every book is a children's book if the kid can read.

- I bought a $7 pen because I always lose pens and I got sick of not caring.

- I used to do drugs. I still do, but I used to, too.

Patton Oswalt. His George Lucas bit is legendary.

And Bill Hicks, Robin Williams and Richard Pryor were all icons.

Don’t do drugs, unless you’re with me.

The one of Louis C.K is pretty good, is the first time I listen to that one. The one from Carling is a classic like pretty much everything ha did, a master.

Also I've never hear the one from Patton, very accurate haha.

+1, you can't expect less from the other half of Seinfeld's magic
