If you need proof, let me know, I have it on my UPC DVR. ;)
Beginning with the night before the race all the way to the end.
Unfortunately there is no way to get it off the DVR's HD without breaking the warranty seal (it's a rental only deal) and everything on it is encoded in HDCP.
