First of all, how did they not notice the head when they were preparing the chicken?

Secondly, why are there so many retards out there who sue for being grossed out? It isn't the company's fault that there was a chicken's head in the chicken. The world would be a nicer place if people could just let things go sometimes. Especially when the manager tried to make up for it. Being grossed out should absolutely not be an acceptable reason to press charges, never mind for $100,000!
