1. Ah yes, the bread/knife scene, which is described in the original script and takes place after Betterville camp. The print hasn't arrived yet so we don't know if it includes this scene or any other deleted/never-before-seen scenes other than the skeleton shot. You can send your donation to my paypal address provided in the post above.

3. Too much exposure may not necessarily be a good thing. Just keep an eye on this thread here and over at AMPS.
