If you want a reconstruction, go for the despecialized.

If you want a '93/GOUT based source, go for Dark_Jedi/Team Blu's projects.

If you want an '85 soruce, there is althor113's JSC blu-ray taken from a mid-end laserdisc player and Return of the Jedi from The X9 Project taken from the Pioneer HLD-X9. If you want the trilogy from the HLD-X0, you will have to provide it yourself.

If you want a fan made film transfer, the Puggo Grande, Puggo Strikes Back, and Return of the Pug 16mm transfers are available (the last one hasn't been released as of this writing.) Team Negative 1 is using 35mm sources for their own project, but it hasn't been released yet.
