Backstroke of the West in the case of Revenge of the Sith. Other than that, I don't think there's anything.
I think that the best version must be the HDTV versions you can get on myspleen or rutracker.

If it's CPY you're after, you'll want the originally released DVD of TPM.

The blu for ROTS and TPM are pretty good (although Phantom Menace does have some significant visual changes from the theatrical). I'd go for the HDTV broadcast version of Clones however, since the Blu-Ray has weird colors and some inexplicably rearranged shots.
...That said. I'd personally go with fan edits.
I prefer to pretend they don't exist :)
I'd rather watch Plinkett's reviews than the actual movies.
