What's biased about "Should Scotland be an independent country?" It can't be much more neutral than that.
The same sort of bias that the question "Should the United Kingdom stick together? Yes or no" has, although it's the same question as the one being asked at the polls today but would get a very different answer. Plus regardless of any question, people are more likely to vote 'yes', people like to say 'yes' to things.
It's one of the ways that the vote has been rigged in advance in favour of 'yes'.
